Allie Miller, Los Altos


Sport: Track and field. Class: Senior.

Accomplishment: Miller, who will attend UCLA next season and run track, had an impressive showing at the Central Coast Section Top 8 classic in three events. Miller won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.09 seconds -- best in the section this season. Miller placed second in the 300 hurdles with a time of 45.96, second-best in the section this season, and was seventh in the high jump, in which Miller is the defending CCS champion.

Class: Senior.

Accomplishment: Already holding the best marks in the Central Coast Section for the triple jump and high jump, Eison continued his dominance in the events, winning both at the CCS Top 8 classic. Eison's triple jump of 46 feet, 7 1/2 inches was the second-best mark in the section this year, behind only his 46-10 1/2. His high jump of 6-2 was tied for second-best in the section, behind only his 6-4.
