Accomplishment: Miller was the only three-event winner at the Central Coast Section track and field finals Friday, defending her high jump title and winning the 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles. Her high jump of 5 feet, 8 inches, tied the best mark in the CCS this season, and her times in the 100 hurdles (14.77) and 300 hurdles (44.17) were the best in the section. Miller will attend UCLA next season.

Accomplishment: Becker defended her Central Coast Section titles in the triple jump and long jump and was one of two female multi-event winners at the CCS meet Friday. Her long jump of 18 feet, 11 inches, was best in the CCS this season, exceeding the previous high, which she also held, by almost four inches. Her triple jump of 38-1 3/4 was the fifth best in the CCS this season. Becker holds the top mark of 38-10 3/4.
