BELLARMINE-KIWANIS TRACK CLASSIC Information

The 21st annual Bellarmine-Kiwanis Track Classic will be held on Saturday, March 12th, 2005.
The meet will be held on the outstanding track facility at Los Gatos HS.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING.

o  A time schedule is included in the packet.
o  All events will be finals - with heats running slow to fast.
o  Some of the field events will be held in the morning and others in the afternoon.

The entry fee for the meet will be $3.00 per individual per event and $20.00 per relay team.
Since we have 3 divisions, VB, VG and F/S Boys, the maximum fee per school is $250.00.
A check should be made out to Bellarmine College Prep - attn. Terry Ward.

AWARDS: The first four places in each event will receive a championship medal.
        A MVP Trophy will be awarded to the top male & female performer.

STANDARDS: Posted on the following pages are standards for entry into the meet.
           If you have an athlete whom you think can meet the standard by the
           day of the meet, please enter that athlete.

YOU MAY ENTER YOUR TOP MARKS FROM 2004 OR 2005

T-SHIRTS: Once again there will be both T-shirts and sweatshirts for sale at the meet
          with a new logo.  If you intend to purchase, do it early in the morning.

FOOD: Just as last year, there will be a snack bar, so that spectators, athletes,
      and coaches may purchase food and drink.

ENTRIES: A list of those who have been accepted by the meet management will be sent
         to you the week before the meet.  PLEASE CHECK BCP.ORG and go to SPORTS.

ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY TUESDAY - FEB 22, 2005 ENTRIES MAY BE FAXED, EMAILED OR MAIL.

YOUR ENTRY FEE MUST ACCOMPANY YOUR SCHOOL ENTRIES - NO ENTRY FEE = NO MEET.

1. 1/4 inch spikes will be allowed on the track.
2. All athletes must warm-up in the areas provided.
3. All athletes must report to the clerk of the course at first call.
   Failure to do so could result in disqualification.
4. All races are final - results will be posted.
5. No entries on the day of the meet.
