*TKA DISTANCE CARNIVAL*





Dear Coach,



The King’s Academy (TKA) would like to invite you and your team to the
first annual *TKA Distance Carnival* to be held on *Friday March 20th, 2015
at The King’s Academy* in Sunnyvale, California. We are hoping this will be
a one of a kind event for high school distance runners in the Bay Area to
run under the lights at night. Some things that will make our event
distinct –



·         *Evening races* *run under the lights*

·         *Races will begin at 5:00 pm and end by 9:30 pm (depending on the
# of heats) *

·         *Races will run in the following order 1600m, 800m, 3200m*

·         *F/S and Varsity divisions for both girls and boys*

·         *FAT timing*

·         *Inspirational music played* *during all races*

·         *Brand new track*

·         *Glow sticks*

·         *Great food – Tacos will be served as the main entrée *

·         *Strict time schedule (will be posted on Monday, March 16th
dependent on the number of entries)*

·         *Medals to the top 5 runners in each division.*

schedule and sign up your runners. The cost per entry is simply $5.00 per
runner. Please bring payment directly to the meet. All checks must be made
out to *The King’s Academy*, in the memo please write TKA Distance Carnival
2015.
