TKA T & F Invitational - 03/12/22

Dear Coach,
The King’s Academy (TKA) would like to invite you and your team to the annual TKA Track and Field Invitational, 
held on Saturday, March 12th, 2022, at The King’s Academy 
Field events will begin at 9:00 pm -5:00 pm (LJ, TJ, SP, and Discus, HJ). No Pole Vault.
Relays, Sprints and Distance events will begin at 9:00 am and run to 5:00 pm (Depending on field size.) 
Check the official schedule to come out Thursday morning. 
Order of events - 4x100, 1600, 400, 100, 800, 300H, 200, DMR, 3200 
No 100/110 hurdles
We will limit the number of teams participating to 25 - 30 schools max.

F/S and Varsity divisions for boys and girls 
Maximum of 3 athletes per school per division in the field events.
Maximum of 4 athletes per school per division in the sprints. 
Maximum 8 entries per school per division in the 800, 1600, 3200
Maximum of 2 entries in each relay per school per division
FAT timing by Record Timing
Inspirational music will be played throughout the meet. 
Medals and small awards for the winner of each event. 
Great food – Tacos, Concession stand, lemonade, and more. 
Strict time schedule (will be posted on Thursday early in the am.) 
Medals to the top 3 athletes in each division in individual events.
Relays - Medals to the top 3 teams in each division
Implement Weigh - TBD
Spectators - FREE entrance
No Parking Fees

The cost per entry is $7.00 per athlete per event and $20.00 per relay. Please bring payment directly to 
the meet or pay online using the new payment method on athletic.net. All checks must be made out to 
The King’s Academy; in the memo, please write TKA T&F. A maximum of $400.00 will be charged
