Although rain clouds threatened most of the day, rain fell only lightly during a couple events. Those who showed up were treated to a couple new meet records: SCVAL in the Technical Team Race (actually a NATIONAL record because it had never been run by any USCAA team previously) and the IBM in the Master's Plus Relay (breaking the old record by almost 9 seconds!)
As the last runner crossed the line we took down the tarps, packed up the equipment and headed to Jake's of Saratoga for pizza and reminiscing.
As this year showed one of the better turnouts of teams and runners in recent memory, there is little doubt that this event will be held again next year.
