Yards to Meters : Hand to FAT

In all instances, I first convert the mark to be represented totally in seconds,
then apply the multiplier to the mark and then convert the mark back to MM:SS.TH mode.

Yards to Meters:
----------------
If the time run was on a standard (yards) track, then the mark is multiplied by
0.9942 to get the converted metric time. The originally run mark is displayed in
"[ ]" to the right of the converted mark.

10.9 time in 100y --> 100m
1/0.9144*10.9 = 11.920384951881 --> 12.0h + .24 --> 12.24f

Hand to FAT:
------------

Example:

A hand time of 10.87 is rounded UP to the nearest tenth (you don't record hand times
to the 100th, only electric). Then to convert the hand time to an FAT time you
add .24 to the hand time. So a time goes like this:

  10.87 --> 10.9 hand
  10.9  --> 11.14 FAT

For events that start and finish at basically the same location, 400M and above,
a factor of .14 seconds is added to all hand times to get the FAT equivalent.

For distances that start at a different location then they finish, hurdles & sprints,
a factor of .24 seconds is added to all hand times to get the FAT equivalent.

If the time has been converted from Hand to FAT, a small "f" will be next to the
converted time to indicate the conversion. The originally run mark is displayed in
"[ ]" to the right of the converted mark.

It is felt by those in authority, Doug Speck for one, that the races that start and
finish at the same location don't require as much time to be added since the official
hand timers are right there at the start with the starter. When the starter moves to
different locations on the track, to start the sprints and hurdles, the timers are further
away from the starter and hence may have a slower reaction time to the start of the race.

Wind Aided Marks:
-----------------
Any wind aided mark (2.0 or above) will be listed but the athlete will be placed in the
Top 100 list based on their best legal mark.
