USCAA NATIONAL CORPORATE TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS


VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!


The success of our event this year is going to depend on the assistance of 
many volunteers.  Without the advantages of a regional organization or a major 
sponsor this year, we are asking each team to provide one volunteer worker for 
each five competitors.  Official T-shirts may be provided.  Volunteer 
assignments range from one to four hours, with examples as follows:

Road race course monitors and finish line assistants
Water station monitors (road races and during the track events)
Registration table
Opening ceremonies
Announcers/DJs
Scoring assistants
Assist with awards ceremonies
Field event spotters and assistants
Results runners
Assistant timers
Coordinators for kids races
Coordinators for Special Olympics race
Ticket collecting at post-meet party

Each team is requested to assign a Lead Volunteer who should attend the 
volunteers meeting at 8:00 AM on Saturday, July 17, at the track.  In this 
meeting we will go over assignments and hand out T-shirts (if we have them).

Please provide the following information as soon as possible but no later than 
June 15:

Name and contact information for Lead Volunteer
Number of volunteer assignments that your company is committing
Preferred assignments or time slots, if any
