This was the first cross country meet of the season and tyhe first cross country
meet ever for not only Lynbrook High School but most of the team.  Only Carter,
Rapson, McMahon and Burke had participated in cross country during their freshman
year.  Manager Micheal Alfred had some problems with a screwdriver and the entire
team had to dress in the baseball dugout.  After the meet was over, we had to dress
in the hot humid Los Gatos dressing rooms.
