1998 - Lynbrook Center Meet


Lynbrook Time Trial

Where:	3 miles or less from YOUR school (Lynbrook HS)

When:		Sept 10, 1998 (Thursday)

Why:		To run something flat & fast

Divisions & Times:

	Var Boys		4:05 (or so)
	Girls			4:25 (or so)

Course:	This is a flat and fast 2.1 mile course run on the
		Lynbrook campus.  It starts and finishes on the 
		track (see map on reverse side).  This is the same
		course used at the Lynbrook Invitational (which you
		are also invited to).

Results:	Available race day (with your help, of course) and 
		will be mailed out within one week of the meet.

This is a very "Low-key" meet used as a way to get a "beginning of the year" time for your runners.  Then, when they run the course again at the end of the year, they can measure their improvement.  For some kids, this will be nothing more than a 2 mile workout, others (those in shape) will race it.  Hope you can be there.
