Felton Running Camp - 2009

Day #4 - Henry Cowell to the Beach (2 hrs), whew.
25 minutes into a 2 hr run they had to "ford a river" (video here).
Day #3 - Wilder Park (14.5 mi) and then nothing!
Day #2 - Henry Cowell Park (5.5 mi) and ... then a run behind SLV (3.5 mi).
Day #1 - Wilder National Reserve (7 mi) and lots of 'street soccer'.
