Has #13 time for Soph's on Crystal, #26 All-Time. - She won 4 races throughout the season. - Was All-League at Leagues by finishing 1st. - Was 1st alternate on the VG CCS team and stepped in to run a :26 PR. - Came to us from Tennis and we're glad she switched. * FSB MI (Jeffrey Pea) - First year running Cross-Country. - Has the #18 Frosh time on Lynbrook, #67 All-Time Frosh. - Improved 2:44 on Lynbrook course. - Has #123 Frosh time on Crystal. - Improved :30 on Crystal. - Started off as our 30th runner but finished as high as 13th. * FSB MVP (Anthony Huang) - First year running Cross-Country. - Improved :45 on Lynbrook course. - Has #4 Frosh time on Lynbrook course, #21 All-Time. - Has #39 time for Frosh's on Crystal. - Was All-League by finishing 7th. * JVG MI (Angela Lin) - First year running Cross-Country. - Has #25 Frosh time on Lynbrook course, #61 All-Time. - Improved 5:41 on Lynbrook course. - Has #64 Frosh time on Cyrstal. - Improved 1:16 on Crystal course. - Started racing at 10:05 pace and dropped down to 7:23 average. - Started out ranked 28th on the team, finished being ranked 14th. * JVG MVP (Aakriti Jain) - Fourth year running Cross-Country. - One of our most consistant performers being ranked 11th-13th all season. - Her average pace on a course was 7:15's for the short ones, 8:10's for longer. - Has #24 Senior time on Lynbrook course, #55 All-Time. - Has #53 Senior time on Crystal, #111 All-Time for Lynbrook. - Was the Most Improved runner in 2008 and now the MVP. * JVB MI (Boris Poutivski) - Has the #20 Senior time on Lynbrook, #36 All-Time. - Improved :48 seconds on Lynbrook course. - Has #63 Senior time on Crystal #103 All-Time. - Improved :21 seconds on Crystal. - Was an alternate on the CCS team. - Would've scored at DAL's had the coaches declared him (he was 4th man). - Fourth year running Cross-Country, but his first at Lynbrook. * JVB MVP (Grant Gustafson) - Third year running Cross-Country. - Improved 1:15 on Lynbrook course. - Has #14 Senior time on Lynbrook course, #24 All-Time. - Has #67 time for Seniors on Crystal, #116 All-Time. - He was our #1 JV guy at 5 races and outright won the Saratoga Invite. * VG MI (Shaelyn Silverman) - First year running Cross-Country. - Has the #4 Frosh time on the Lynbrook course, #31 All-Time. - She improved :50 seconds on the Lynbrook course. - Has the #4 Frosh time on Crystal, #8 All-Time. - Improved :20 seconds on the Crystal course. - Started as our #4/5 girl and finished as our #2. * VG MVP (Cindy Huang) - Third year running Cross-Country - She improved :26 seconds on the Lynbrook course. - Has the #2 Junior time on the Lynbrook course, #1 All-Time (as a Frosh). - Has the #3 Junior time on Crystal, #3 All-Time. - Finished as #1 runner for Lynbrook in every meet. * VB MI (Ryan DiBiase) - Fourth year running Cross-Country, 1st year as Varsity. - Has the #15 Senior time on the Lynbrook course, #25 All-Time. - Has the #46 Senior time on Crystal course, #69 All-Time. - He either PR'd or improved from last year, at every meet, by margins of 1:30 - 2:00. - Was consistantly our #5 runner all season long, except at DALs where he improved to #3. * VB MVP (Luca Signore) - Fourth year running Cross-Country (Varsity all years). - Has the School Record on the Lynbrook, Iolani, Saratoga, Central Park, Homestead, Mt SAC, Pepperdine, Stanford and Toro Park courses. - Has (or Had) Course Records at Lynbrook, Iolani, Saratoga. - Has the #2 Senior time on Crystal course, #2 All-Time. - Finished as the #1 man in every race. - Placed either 1st or 2nd in every race (except Mt SAC & CCS). - Repeated as League Champion. - Is going to States for his second time. - Was MVP in 2007, 2008 and is again this year.
