Lynbrook Girls’ Cross Country Team Achieves the 2010-2011 Fall Scholastic Championship Team Award



The 2010 Lynbrook girls’ varsity cross country team was honored on Saturday, November 4, 2010 with 
the highest academic team award given through the Central Coast Section (CCS) for this year’s fall 
sports. Our seven Lynbrook varsity girls collectively earned the highest Grade Point Average (GPA) 
of 3.9024 for any other girls’ cross country team within the CCS region. Not only did our Lynbrook 
girls have the highest GPA as compared to other girls’ cross country teams but also achieved the 
highest collective GPA of any other fall sport, both male and female, in the entire CCS region.  
A huge congratulation goes to this year’s varsity members: Jessica Fan, Cindy Huang, Silvia Signore, 
Shaelyn Silverman, Tammy Taller, Jennifer Tan, and Rebecca Yang.  Well done!
