2010 End Of Year Party
Our last chance for the entire team to get back together will be at our End of the Season Party and Awards Night. 
It will be on Monday, November 22 starting at 6pm in the Lynbrook Cafeteria. Both runners and their entire family 
are invited to this party. It would be nice for the family members to come join us for dinner and support their runner 
as the coaches will be talking about their team and individual successes. Many of the runners will receive certificates 
and awards on this night. So it is a must see for the whole family!

Dinner will be served at 6pm. This night is our international potluck night. We finally will have a chance to taste many 
of the international food specialties as provided by our team families. After dinner the coaches will be summarizing the 
XC season and will hand out certificates and awards. For our potluck we will be dividing the dinner menu by the cross 
country runner’s last name in the alphabet. Each runner should bring their item that would be enough to feed about 
10 people. Please respond to this e-mail if you are planning on attending. Please tell me the following 3 things:

1. Runner’s first and last name of who will be coming
2. Number of family members coming (including the runner)
3. What type of dish/item you want to bring in your category

The dinner menu will be divided by last name as such:
A-H Main Dish
I-N Side Dish
O-S Drinks
T Paper Goods/Utensils: plates, napkins, forks, spoons, knives, cups
U-Z Desserts

We hope to see the whole team for dinner on November 22. Good luck to varsity in tomorrow’s race. And a special note to 
Jake who lost his mother-in-law this week. We are sorry to hear about your loss and are looking forward to having you back 
with the team tomorrow.
