New Bus Parking Procedures/General Parking Information Please Review and Share W/Bus Companies, Coaches, and Drivers: If you and your teams are planning to use buses to get to and from the PSAL Preview Meet, please take a few minutes to review the parking details and expectations with coaches and bus drivers. The course has new bus guidelines that WE MUST FOLLOW in order to continue to have a positive and long-lasting relationship with course leadership, neighbors, and the City of Belmont. Please review page 3 of the Crystal Springs Cross Country Bus Pilot Program Handbook. There you will see directions and the flow of traffic for buses. From Hallmark Dr, busses need to make a right on Wembley and then another right on St. James Rd. After that right on St. James, there is a space/lot where busses can stop, drop off, and park. Coaches, please be prepared to support students deboarding and then crossing St. James Rd, especially with numerous busses expected for the meet. Once teams cross the street, there will be an open gate to enter the course. Teams will then follow the path toward the start line to set up camp (See page 5). Our commitment and follow-through to these procedures are crucial to ensure we are allowed to continue this great partnership. Schools transporting athletes via school vans or carpool may enter the course through the normal entrance on Hallmark Park Drive. All Cars should follow the normal parking restrictions in the neighborhood. Team Check-In Procedures/Event Reminders: Packet pick-up will be located at the event shed near the finish line.
