Dennis was the Weight coach at Lynbrook for eight years. A competitor himself in the Shot and Discus at Cupertino HS ('69) and SJ State ('74), Dennis competed against the best for that time. He now coaches softball for Blue Hills Bobby Sox where his daughter (Shelby) is an All-Star player.
