- Her first 2 years of XC she raced at 9:40 pace, in 2008 she raced at 8:00 pace.

* JVG MVP      (Shaleena Jeeawoody)
- First year running Cross-Country.
- Started season ranked #17 on the team, moved to 9th and finished 6-8 for last 5 races.
- When running JV, she was either or #1 or #2 girl.
- Has #8 Frosh time on Lynbrook course.
- Has #13 Frosh time on Crystal, #31 All-Time for Lynbrook.
- Was All-League at Leagues by finishing 2nd.

* F/S MI       (Ian Wilson) 
- First year running Cross-Country.
- Has the #6 Frosh time on Lynbrook, #46 All-Time Frosh.
- Has #73 Frosh time on Crystal.
- Improved 5:40 on Lynbrook course.

* F/S MVP      (Alvin Chang) 
- Second year running Cross-Country.
- Has #61 time for Sophs on Crystal.
- Has #5 Soph time on Lynbrook course, #21 All-Time Soph.
- Was All-League at Leagues by finishing 2nd (in the last 200 meters).
- Was alternate on the VB CCS team.

* VG MI        (Jennifer Tai) 
- First year running Cross-Country.
- She improved on both the Lynbrook & Crystal courses.
- Has the #3 Senior time on the Lynbrook course, #13 All-Time.
- Improved 2:25 on the Lynbrook course.
- Has the #9 Senior time on Crystal, #23 All-Time.
- Improved :45 on Crystal course.
- Started as our #8 girl and finished CCS as our #5.

* VG MVP       (Cindy Huang) 
- Second year running Cross-Country
- Has the School Record on the Lynbrook course.
- Has the Soph School Record on Crystal.
- Is #3 All-Time on Crystal course.
- Has improved her sense of direction.
- Finished as #1 runner for Lynbrook in every meet and won 4 races outright.

* VB MI        (Andrew Jang) 
- Fourth year running Cross-Country.
- He either PR'd or improved from last year, at every meet.
- He either PR'd or improved at every meet in 2007 as well.
- Improved :46 seconds on the Lynbrook course.
- Has the #2 Senior time on the Lynbrook course, #5 All-Time.
- Improved :21 seconds on Crystal.
- Has the #45 Senior time on Crystal course, #73 All-Time.
- Was consistantly our #4-#6 runner all season long, except at CCS where he improved to #2.

* VB MVP       (Luca Signore) 
- Third year running Cross-Country (Varsity all years).
- Has the School Record on the Lynbrook and Toro Park courses.
- Has the #4 Junior time on Crystal course, #6 All-Time.
- Finished as the #1 man in every race.
- Where last year he was unable to finish Leagues, this year he was League Champion.
