Why:    To run something flat & fast at seasons end

Time Schedule:
	Middle School Boys      3:15 (enter 7 max, 5 to score)
	Middle School Girls     3:20 (enter 7 max, 5 to score)

High School Races:
	F/S Boys                3:40 (enter 10 max, but only 7 count)
	Varsity Boys            4:00 (enter 7 max)
	Varsity Girls           4:20 (enter 7 max)
	JV Boys                 4:40 (unlimitted, but only 7 count)
	JV Girls                4:44 (unlimitted, but only 7 count)

Awards:
	Medals (7) to 1st place team in Middle School Boys, Girls.
	Additional medals to top 10 athletes not on the 1st place team for Middle School (B & G).

Cost:	$25 per school.

Course:   This is a flat and fast 2.1 mile course run on the Lynbrook campus.
          It starts and finishes on the track (see map on reverse side).

COACHES: Be sure your bus DOES NOT park in front of the Tennis courts.

Results:  Available race day (with your help, of course) and will be available
