Coaches,

The meet will start at 3:15PM tomorrow. Let's have a meeting at 2:45PM near the finish line.

Parking costs $6 for autos and $20 for buses. However, the buses do not have to pay if they 
just drop the students off and come back later. I arrived at the park at a little after 3PM today 
to await the drop off of the portable toilets and the toll booth attendant waived me through 
without charge because she was leaving.

We have 6 portable toilets, including a luxury toilet. You may also use the two regular bathrooms 
but coaches should periodically check them to insure that the kids are not making messes of them.

Duties of Schools 
Santa Clara will supply the starter.

Gunn and Cupertino will work with Hank as backup timers.

Mt. View, Fremont, Los Gatos, Homestead, and 1 Wilcox parent will provide chute management 
and tag pulling help under the management of Becki Kriege.

Palo Alto and a Wilcox parent will be the finish line judges.

A Wilcox parent will direct the runners at point A.

Los Altos will direct the runners at point C.

A Wilcox parent will direct the runners at point D.

A Wilcox parent will direct the runners at point E.

A Wilcox parent will direct the runners at point F.

Milpitas has no chores as they directed our last meet and we appear to have enough help without their assistance.

If I remember any other jobs, I will let you know at our 2:45PM meeting.

Bring your own pins.

Vehicles are not allowed off of the asphalt roadways or parking lots.

No stakes may be driven into the ground. No canopies,tents and structures larger than 10 x 10 are allowed.

We must pick up all of our trash and dispose to park garbage containers. Bottles and cans should be disposed to on-site recycling bins.

Dogs ae not allowed in the park. Balloons are not allowed in the park.
