F/S division gone in CCS: Starting in the fall of 1981, CCS will no longer have FSB competition. Leagues may continue to do so.

PAL Re-alignment: With schools moving and closing the PAL plans to re-align.

Walk-on Coaches: Starting with the 1980-1981 "Winter" sports season, Walk-On Coaches can now hold the Head Coaching position without having to be an employee/teacher of the school.
