The League Results should be sent to Jim Clark by Friday, May 3 and copied to Julie L’Heureux and Walt Van Zant,
who will verify top 16 qualifiers and the 4 alternates.
Please send scratches to Jim Clark and Julie L’Heureux by Wed., May 7 at 12 midnight. Lane assignments will be determined on Thursday.
The SCVAL Championship Meet is scheduled for Fri., May 10 with start times no earlier than 4:30pm for field events and 5:00pm running event.
Check in time for field events will start 30 minutes prior to start time. Field events will follow the CCS order. Actual schedule will be sent out in mid-April.

1st half (400m relay - 100m) Gunn (2) turn 1, Lynbrook (2) turn 2, Cupertino (2) turn 3, Saratoga (1) and Palo Alto (1) finish line
2nd half (800m - 1600m relay) Wilcox (2) turn 1, Milpitas (2) turn 2, Palo Alto(2) turn 3, Fremont (2) finish line.
Note: Cupertino now has 2 turn judges, instead of 1 and Wilcox has 2 turn judges, instead of 3.
The turn judges’ names should be turned into the Meet Director by May 9.
SCVAL Championship Meet Results and Scratches
Jim Clark must submit results electronically to the CCS office and CCS meet director (Mark McConnell), by 9:00am on the Tuesday (May 14)
following the league meet or qualification meet. No changes are allowed after the deadline.
Reminder: No alternates are allowed for the CCS Semis. Please scratch any athletes ASAP, preferably before leaving the meet on Fri., May 10.
Otherwise, send scratches to Julie L’Heureux ASAP, no later than Sunday morning, May 12 so that alternates may be notified. Please email the
alternate’s coach if possible also. Coaches please check your email frequently during this time period for alternate notification.
